The worst nursing home I've ever seen. Because of this nursing home and it's careless treatment I lost my father on 2020.Approx 7-8 days, at icu, no doctor's visit were there. Only a so called RMO looked after the case. How it can be possible for a patient to be affected from bedsore within 7 days on his whole body? It'll be better if I wouldn't admit him here.. I'm requesting to the authority kindly look after the patients properly because they all have family..I don't have any personal problem with the nursing home or it's authority 🤣🤣Or I'll not be richer by giving any negative comment according to the authority's reply🤣But it's 1000% true that my father was taken only under RMO... And do you have any answer about the bedsore within 7days at ICU??? Try to accept your fault.. It'll be better to improve your nursing home.. Thank you..

A nursing home with a diagnostic Center and Doctor's clinic opposite Howrah indoor stadium. Basic infrastructure is available here. For a critical and serious illness, you have to avoid this place.

After a OPD consultation for report review patient has to pay full visit amount again, atleast a week time should give to get test report

Drs are really very qualified & good level but technicians & nurses are not trained & below catagory.

How come a Hospital took Appointment in OPD & OT by Dr Gaurav Kumar at same time…Like Yours Everyone’s Time is Valuable.. Please Look into this…OPD Receptionist don’t have any idea how much time it may take…Told us to wait for indefinite time….At Last one thing I must say Dr Kumar is very Patient Friendly & Polite.

I had admitted my mother-in-law in such a situation in ICU of this hospital( all vital parameters became either high or low)so that it could cost her life but they treated her with best minimal treatment possible in that crisis situation. I would like to thanks the ICU team specially Rajib( technician) who always clearly discussed the condition of the patient in details and deal with the situation and saved my patient's life almost along with ICU Team . N Dr Neeladri Ghosh,the consultant of my patient is also very cooperative person and always explained the treatment regimens and prognosis of patients whenever I asked for.
Everything is fine except two sisters in general ward who were very rude in their behaviour which made me feel insulted being a nurse myself by profession
Overall services are very organized. I will definitely recommend this Hospital to people😊

incase if any emergency situation come in the morning 6am to 8am if patient need immediate CT scan before admit, there no technicians available. If patient need immediate admit on duty rmo come and take longtime to processing.......doctor visit only one time at the whole day. another problem is communication with on duty rmo's (not all rmo's, some rmo's communicating tower is very satisfied with patient party). Please I request🙏 please if possible post 1/2 technicians at night shift incase emergency needs
