Doctors nurses staffs are all good. Location is also easily accessible.

Only drawback is that they have only 1 lift which carries patients/public/food.

Patient food quality can be improved.

Good experience. Well behavior. But ground floor entrances and reception look not good. Not maintain. Setting era not good. Please Update this era. New Deluxe Room is good. Thank you.

It's a very good caring hospital, specially for babies and mother. My baby was very fortunate that she born in this clean and ear environment.and doctors are also very caring and good, always attentive to their patients. And sisters are equally well trained and we'll educated , caring as well.

I went to spandan hospital for my Wife's delivery. The service is worse than the municipal hospital. Food quality is very bad. Nursing staffs and doctors are very good but the behavior of the admin officials are very bad. Only one lift carries the patient, the patient's family members, the hospital supplies and all. I work in a top Indian multinational company and I know how much client satisfaction is important for a well established organization. I asked to meet the general manager 3 times but I was not allowed to meet with him/her. I will never suggest to anyone to admit their loved ones in Spandan hospital. To those who are reading my review, if you want to get good treatment as well as good service, there are many good hospitals in Kolkata, go there. I would expect Spandan Hospital to take a closer look at customer relationship management, but I believe nothing will be change. Thank you.

worst experience. Even we went for child treatment on emergency but there is not enough equipment, and my baby was crying continuously. we were waiting for block nose treatment of my 10-month-old baby. Yes DR bajaj is so nice humble and best paediatrician doctor but spandan hospital is very bad for treatment. They only eat money. Also, bad experience with delivery. all staff are waiting to give them money only. worst worst worst hospital.#bad experience

I have been visiting Spandan Hospital quite often in the recent past. They have some very good doctors. They also provide some pathological services. For first time visitors they'll charge a registration fee of 100₹ which will be valid for three months. The premise is quite neat and clean. Overall a good experience.

Excellent hospital balancing high end medical treatment, exceptional patient experience and cost effectiveness. Staff across all levels and functions are very considerate and helpful.

Suggestions for improvement:
1. Increase the nurse-patient ratio in the general ward. 2 nurses for 10 patients is inadequate evidently causing strain on the nurses (despite their best intentions) ending in flare ups among them and with other staff, irritation among patients and displeasure of families of patients.
2. The ambulance vendor has scope for improvement in terms of upkeep of ambulance, promptness in response time, ensuring oxygen cylinder comes with canula pipe, and most importantly, having a HELPER for non ambulatory patients. Sometimes the vendor outsources to other agencies on whom there seems to be absolutely no quality control.

Excellent service by Nursing stuff and ward boy mainly Ram singh and Rup Chand are wonderful and dedicated. Very good people who gives day in and out service to patient. Please take care of Hygiene like regular change of bedsheet,pillow cover and blanket after the next patients comes in. Give single tub to all patient for their convince. Dietician are also good. My treating Doctor , Dr Subhayan bhattacharya treatment is very good. I am satisfied. Thank you.
