Sparsha neuro emergency Hospital

One of the worst hospital. They only care about money. I joined on 25-Sep-2019 due to Dengue, got discharged in 2 days. They have charged me approximately 20k. Please don't choose this hospital. Unnecessary they will keep us waiting without giving discharge summary so that they can charge us extra bed charges and other charges. Please do some research before joining in this hospital. Don't trust the feedback which was like 5 star, they are employees of this hospital

This hospital staff is too bad. Doctor is gold medalists but not experts in neuroscience. MRI, CT scan everything depend on other labs. How it is possible this is neuro emergency hospital.
Emergency means everything available in hospital. I thought they don't know emergency meaning. They know how to collect money from patients.

Worst behaviour I have ever seen. Doctor should have some patience, seems this guy lost it inbetween.

We visited Dr. Apparao, Neurologist and are very happy to have such doctor in Khammam. The best thing about him is that he gives time and listens to the patient. I had experiences with other specialist doctors but they don't listen ..
Suggestions:-
1) Due to Covid circumstances, Doctor should enable patients to talk to him over mobile; maybe charge the consultation fee but do a video call or call to see if the patient really needs to come in for checkup.
2) Personal care and Reception and appointments are good in Sparsha but there is always scope for improvements.
3) Share a whatsapp number that known patients can use to communicate their condition. Use technology to ease logistic problems.

One of the worst hospital in khammam. They care money not patient. Very care less ,No proper treatment, no diagnostic centre. Every everything late.
