The hospital is good the doctors are very good they have good and positive attitude.
The problem is the staff is very slow and lazy they don't care what ever the patients do when some one came before the other patient came the other patient he himslefs gets in without any file or any serial number. But the treatment and the hospitality by the doctors very good. Thank you

Hospital has to improve in the patients appointment or queue. Because waiting for hours with months babies is difficult thing. I hope the hospital will consider this review and will improve in waiting time.

Sravan and alekya are excellent doctors and its very fortunate or blessing for siddipet people and always responds whenever in emergency and i still remember when my baby leg burnt at 3 AM, he answered my call and continuously follow up me till she recovered better. Really lucky to have such doctors in siddipet and he also does lot of social service by visiting govt school and treating and also gives discounts for poor people. Keep it up

On 19-Nov-21, visited first time for my 5 months old son cold and cough health conditions, and checked by Shravan Kumar, I can say best person with patience, listen and replied politely. Good experience especially with Dr.Shravan Kumar. But when we admitted our baby later in Jul 22 for diarrhea problem the staff nurse behaviour is rude and careless, nobody wants to be there, rude attitude and not giving attention to patient requirements. Feeling bad for Dr. Shravan Kumar. Hope he understood. Thank you!

Highly recommend for your child. I admitted my child when infected with Dengue. Dr. Sravan examined the child patiently and explained the problem and treatment in detail. Hospital staff are very caring and helpful. Diagnosis and Lab tests results are very quick and 24*7 available.

Dr Sravan Kumar Konda combines and expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He is also an excellent surgeon. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes when I arrive in on time for an appointment
