Appointment taken online by time schedule 10:30AM and we reach on time But Doctor not available in the hospital..... Careless staff who never inform for doctor availability........ Very disappointed.............

Pathetic staff, very unprofessional and unhygienic. Took my son late at night whole staff was sleeping I had to wake them up . He got loosemotions and got the bedsheet dirty , told them to change it and the nurse changed the upper sheet leaving the dirty/wet undersheet as it is in hurry because the doctor was on round and they dont want him to see that. His blood was on the floor aswell but nobody cared . When I complained I was told they don't have anymore sheets . There is only one cleaning lady for the whole hospital . The nurses on duty misbehaved me saying your son is already having a infection and even if he had more infection thats fine (ohnu pehle he infection hai fir ki hoya hor hoju). All in the hospital is substandard. Doctor is fine but staff is pathetic.
Avoid it . !

Randhawa Hospital is good 😉but Nursing staff is not good , Nursing staff very careless & untrained 😠😠😠

Doctor is good but staff is not at all supportive. I called up for taking appointment and they are least bothered to tell me properly which app and how to take appointment. Dear staff your duty is to serve patients properly. Also when we visited last time, we were new and asking about things...staff was fighting among themselves and not even paying attention to our queries.
Avoid it . !
