Good hospital with good facilities. Rooms are neat and clean...well maintained but service is too slow due to lack of staff. My patient stayed at twin sharing deluxe AC room. We had a separate bathroom which was well maintained. Deluxe room also provides a cupboard with electronic locker.

Doctors are good. The helping staff are good. Not much hustle to be faced in case of a mediclaim. Simple and fast process. Just found the bed price per day a little costly from the view of a middle class family. Rest all ok.

Though I have given four stars as a general. I have different rating for various activities and facilities. For example night sisters were found be sleeping not very attentive. We generally don't have to call but today (03-12-2022 early morning) my wife wanted help for changing position she couldn't do on her own. But nobody came to assist us. I had to do it by myself .

Admission was easy. At time of admission we didn't get a single room. But within a couple of hours they moved us into a single room since it was available.. Rooms on 4th floor are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are well maintained. Housekeeping Staff is courteous and nursing staff are good. We had a pacemaker battery replacement for my father and Dr. Anil Potdar and team were fantastic.

It's a very neat and clean and hygienic hospital. The patient is well taken care of. The doctors are good and treat well from time to time. The nursing staff is really good and they treat patients with smiles and make them comfortable. The housekeeping staff is very good and helps patients immediately when needed and are very courteous and they keep the rooms and place very clean. Unlike other hospitals the staff here maintains discipline and are calmer, they don't keep shouting in the corridor and maintain silence. The ICU and rooms are well equipped. The hospital bed for patient and relative are comfortable. The security is very polite be it at the entrance or near ICU. The overall staff and doctors are more empathetic and make patient and relative comfortable. The admin team and the medicalim dept are very helpful and prompt at their work. They have a good canteen on 5th floor the food is very good, tasty and hygienic. Their service is good if patient's relative needs the food in the room. My father was admitted and more than anything he was comfortable at the hospital and treated well and explained well about the treatment. He was satisfied with the treatment given.

Staff has been very helpful and cooperative all through our stay here in 409 room. Thank you very much for helping us. Keep up the good work. God bless.

Sushrut Hospital charge patient Registration fees (Rs.350) every year which I feel it is unethical practice in the hospital. I visited some reputed hospitals in the Mumbai, they charge registration fees only once i.e., during 1st visit. Sushrut Hospital don't provide any additional services against this fee. I dropped my complaint at reception desk, till date no reply (almost 15 days over). Further, there is always chaos in their OPD section.
If anybody visiting this hospital after long time, then don't visit. Instead go to doctor's private clinic. You may save this registration fee.
