Doctors are really very good and talented as well.. However they should concetrate on staff behaviour. Staff is really pathetic. They dont have an simple manners that how to treat with human beings. They are arongant and feeling like just great but they are not. At the time of payment they never ask for anything but if you wish to meet to your relatives they will ask you many questions arogantally. Worst experience i have ever seen. Will never suggest this place to anyone.

One of the most mismanaged & pathetic experience. Patient gets admitted for angiography & angioplasty (if needed as earlier history was need of angiography). Lot of story but to cut short, Worst part was dr does angiography & denies giving report. Patient relatives were struggling but even after request by everyone staff denied report saying chief dr has told not to give.

All is nice but the report service is not good we want to wait 4-4 hours in hospital and theri no place to seat and not an canteen in check up centre

But the service is nice 😍

Dr Pathak is such a wonderfull person, experienced proffessional and a perfect consultant. I am really satisfied with the treatment that he has done on my father, he is now healthy. The only problem is about the security staff, my mobile phone battery was drained off , I plugged in the charger as I had some important work related my job. She didnt allowed me for that, I was asked to unplug the charger. I mean that is the worst thing happened to me. I was charging the mobile for important work as it was switched off. Its a big hospital and owner should really take care of such small small thing. Dr Pathak really need to improve this kind of service in his hospital.

Only for Report cheking, 2 hrs standing in clinic.Mrs. Kalyani not allowed to entry even after 2 hrs. Stands.then I return as such without meet to Dr.
I suggest plz educated staff.

Don't go for covid vaccine. It's very poor service. Some time they use your covid vaccine to someone in there relation.

Today morning I book the covid vaccine slots. When I go there , they reject me, and give the reason the vaccine is not available.

Common washrooms are not clean at all.
Being in hospital, administration should look into this as dirty washroom may cause infection.

Doctor is too experiences ,but patients has discount rate medicine
Shall be provide

and ICU cleaning is well but not toilet for family member ..
