Apex Superspeciality Hospitals - Best Hospital in Borivali

I had a very very very very bad experience at the Appex Super Speciality Hospital, I think all the best reviews on Google are managed by the hospital. Because I had a piles operation here and been charged INR 1,97000, can you imagine. I think #Pristyn Care which promoted by #hrithik roshan and this hospital is a scam. They initially speak very polite & sweet but once you get admitted, the loot starts. Just have a look at the images I have shared AC Leakage, Dirty and Fungus growing walls, Pathetic waiting area at the staircase for the relatives of the patient out side the Operation Theatre, Congested and Dirty Rooms, No space to sleep for the relative or the attendance with patients. These are the images captured on 17th April 2022 at 5pm.
Billing & Administration section of the hospital is not at all cooperative, infact they were arrogant when I have asked they for a room charg sheet after been charged huge amount as a bill, but rather than providing it they were arguing on it is not their duty. I will strongly recommend not to choose #Pristyn Care or #Appex Hospitals rather go with the local doctor & hospital after inspection. Because #Pristyn Care is also providing local doctor and hospital only but charging a huge amount of commission on it. So choose wisely.

One of the best branch of apex group of hospitals. Nursing staff, housekeeping and panels of doctors are really awesome. Rooms are clean and neat. Hospital Campus area is really great to roam for patient relatives.
And yes it's highly recommended for multi specially diseases.
Area of improvement is canteen facility and condition of canteen area.

Though we found miscommunication from doctors end, helping staff is great and took good care of our patient. The diet of the patient was followed perfectly. The hospital is clean compared to other hospitals.

I am really happy with the nurses and helping staff, they were jolly, super helpful, patient and co-operative.

Everything is good here. The best part of this hospital is nursing staff and housekeeping. Nursing staff, housekeeping staff and pantry staff all are very friendly and cooperative. Anaesthesia specialists were also good and friendly. They made sure my surgery and post surgery process went smooth. Only one doctor named Dr. Akansha who comes for checkups is very arrogant and misguiding. Dr Agamsha has raised her voice over me when I was in pain and crying and misbehaved and she is the only reason I am giving one star less. I hope Apex hospital takes necessary action against her.

Good nursing and admin staff
Need to work on time taken for patient admission and discharge process. Visiting doctors and RMO doctors are attentive. It would be added an advantages if MD's will also come as visiting doctors so patient get benefit althoughits superspecilaity dont have adequate machinery for ct scan and mri

Doctors, nurses and all staff at ICU were very caring, helpful and co-operative. Dr Hemant Khemani's able guidance and consultation helped for a quick recovery of my mother. Thank you team.

The service offered by the ICU staff is good.

However, the food quality and TPA discharge needs lots of improvement. I had to wait for 8-9 hrs only to get a discharge out of the hospital citing reasons of increase in workload for discharge of patients.

Experienced doctors and supportive staff.
Really had a good experience. All nurses and staff boys were kind and helpful. All doctors following up post surgery were explaining each n every things in simple words to understand. The facilities were good and so was the room and food provided.
