Surya Mother And Child Super Speciality Hospital

The hospital has good infrastructure and rooms are very specious enough to get privacy even in twin sharing rooms.. The doctors and staff was very cool with baby and tried to make baby comfortable before giving IV and medicines and during regular checkup. Housekeeping is also good and we had a good experience in there.

I had a good experience for my Wife's one of the operation. Costing is as expected, Doctors availability is nice. Reception person Viraj helped me lot.
Cashless process is also good.
Features like Cleanliness, Good Support staff behaviour, nurses helping, AC in general ward.
Few niggles are like- Connecting Road from highway is damaged, bad for patients.
Very Few support staff and Nurses work as they forced to work their.
Beds other than general are less in quantity.
#Only one important concern: They should have some arrangement for staying attendant with patients in general wards.
But overall experience is Nice.
Most recommended.

Having a baby is perhaps the most memorable moment in one's life and this hospital surely knows how to ruin it for you. There is nothing good to write about this hospital. As far as nursing goes, the team is sub standard. They are competing with a government hospital in the level of service and care they provide. Other parents were also facing the same level of quality and it was evident from their continuous requests/complaints. My child was advised for phototherapy. After installing the equipment, no doctor or nurse bothered to check upon the child for the whole day or even find out if the equipment was working properly. Even after our complaints that the equipment was generating way more heat for a child's comfort, nobody turned up to check it. The service is overpriced and when you ask for a breakup in billing for your understanding, they flatly refuse.
If you ask me, look for other options as a place to bring your child in this world.

It was great experience visiting Surya Hospital for maternity care as well as child care. There is flawless process for insurance related things. Under one roof, patient is cared through different fraternity specialist like Gynaecologist, Pediatric, neonatologist, lactation consultant, physiotherapist, etc. Patient or patient guardian don't have to worry for any medical related things. This hospital follows their set protocol to care of number of things.

Doctor's & medical staff r brilliant.
Nursing staff is supporting. Cleanliness is really good. Time to time visit of doctors for child and mother are good. For initial days of baby we get all check-up .

Nice Hospital in the near vicinity of Wakad. Admitted my daughter to PICU after a bad fall. Hospital is well equipped to handle such accidents. Have CT scan facility available. Staff is attentive and Doctors are skilled and experienced. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Super deluxe gives the perfect privacy. You will forget the hospital feeling.

I had seen this hospital from the highway many times, but last week it was the first time that I had been in this facility when my little niece got admitted here.
The hospital is designed in such a way that you dont have a typical reception (not that I have seen). The hospital that you see from the highway seems to be the back side of it. From the service road to the hospital it is a ‘kaccha’ road. The hospital is surrounded by green fields from almost all the sides.
But once you come inside, it is an amazing facility. Its very unlike a hospital building. It has wide corridors, spacious waiting lounge, a small cafe and a nice canteen. The rooms are good spaced and large, even the general ward was neat and clean.
Loved the way they have painted the corridor walls, it keeps the kids engaged and makes the place lively.
Ample car parking space inside and outside is a big plus.
The treatment and doctors attached to it seems good.
