Koyili is the one of the old and most popular hospital at kannur. It is situated at just near by national highway.
In my knowledge, most of the doctors at koyili hospital are well educated and/or experienced in their department.
As per koyili management, it is a multi speciality facility hospital. some buildings are old and not maintained properly. Some staffs discipline and behaving found not at all like a professional or not with any hospitality.
We went to consult gynaecology department. Found most of the areas are so crowded and not following any systematic way,like a multi-speciality good hospital. They will accept all type of payment modes.

Doctors are good. Staffs are also good. Only problem is there management. So much experience they have still lacks in the management.
Now in Kannur there are better options and people are going taking the better option without any hesitation.

This is a 40+ year old Hospital is in a state of complete confusion and disorder!... It's infrastructure is unplanned.. is too crowded, administration doesn't know to manage the crowd and patient.
Lacks in sanitisation as well.. Patients throw plastic bags, coffee cups, plastic bottles all around the corners. The ward rooms are also not clean..cockroaches running around.. beds are like log of wood!

Overall ..You don't get a GOOD FEEL and Doctors are also in a HURRY to clear the patients.. they don't give proper attention.

There is no respect for customer's time. I had bad experience with Ultra Sound Scanning facility couple of times. They gave time slot of 9 : 30 AM on a day and we had to wait for more than 2 hours to get the scan done . No token system for scanning and no idea how they are managing the priority.

Overall service is 1 out of 10 ....

We are very hapy with Dr. Harsha Haridas (Psychiatrist) I would like to say something about Dr. Harsha Haridas. She is one of the most talented doctors at Koyili Hospital. She is trustworthy and sincere and knows how to give the highest quality care to her patients.

There was an emergency situation at midnight after my sister was admitted and the authority notified Harsha Doctor. She was there within minutes, and she immediately took action. We are very thankful to Dr. Harsha Haridas

The worst service and doctors, they make us wait for no reason. This is the worst worstest hospital in the district, my friend’s brother met with an accident at night, they rushed to this hospital, but while we asked the staffs, they said doctors will be available only tomorrow morning, they should go to other hospital. While they took him to the other hospital, in between he died. He doesn’t deserve it.
