Best hospital in Ravi puram...(ernakulam.)
This hospital was very hygiene and the staffs are very helpful.The doctors supported to very well.which will be a great relief in ernakulam people.parking area is amazing.

The hospital is clean and well maintained. The nurses staff and doctors are very friendly. The hospital is big.

Compare to other hospitals in Ekm city your hospital is calm and very peaceful with nice parking area, and good Doctors who are excellent in taking care of patients high professionally. But to make it there fully accommodatting , it a necessary to verify and revise the attitude and professionalisam of the nursing staff. It is not about the whole nursing staffs, but one too many. ..if the concerned authority is taking care about about this it will definitely increase the Reputation and Goodwill.

Nursing services are not at all up to the mark for a respectable ”serving profession”.
Definitely need to better their attitude towards the welfare of the patients at least!

Would give better rating for a government nursing service than this!

The hospital made famous by Dr. Asha Saraf is now being rejuvenated and reinvented by Dr.Vivek Saraf. He has personally directed in bringing new facilities to the hospital along with new Medical personnel.
Affordable, spacious and serene, this hospital is going to gain much popularity in the near future.
Dr. Vivek is a wonderful kind hearted surgeon. Good luck in revitalising this facility.

I had some grievances about my experience in Saraf Hospital. I raised the concerns to Dr. Vivek Saraf & the PRO Alex. Both of them seemed proactive and keen to take corrective actions.

We are lucky to have met some amazing doctors at Saraf and want to continue using the hospital. Still, there is room for improvement in the attitude of some staff, especially their behavioral, interpersonal, and soft skills.

I want to use this opportunity to talk about Dr. Meeval Mary Anush, who is very competent and gentle. My parents, who are both 70+, recovered well and quickly, thanks to the timely judgment and intervention of Dr. Meeval Mary Anush. She is excellent, and I have only great things to say about her in the three days my parents were admitted there. The aftercare also was exemplary. She is the kind of doctor that goes beyond the call of duty and gives them all. Only if everyone was like her. My parents had other complaints about a few nurses which we have raised complaints about. But they continued there because the doctor was outstanding.

The hospital is very calm and peaceful with nice atmosphere.. and the patients get very good service from the staff...
