Very very good facilities and all staff is also good...good treatment by the doctor and he is a nice person

અને ડોકટર નો સ્વભાવ પણ સારો છે.
સ્ટાફ નો વ્યવહાર પણ સારો છે.
મેડિકલ માંથી દવા આપી ને પણ સમજાવવામાં આવે છે.

Worst service ever. Will never recommend anyone to visit this hospital in case of emergency. We had an emergency early morning, so I had called the hospital at 7:20am. I had confirmed that we are reaching in 15 mins from our place. When, we reached hospital at 7:40am. We really got surprised that the lady at reception had not even informed the doctor. She bluntly said, when patient come and seat on table then after only we will inform to doctor. I ask her ok then, how much time will doctor take to reach hospital ??? She replied now sure and kept saying doctor will arrive when he will get time and in this hospital, doctor arrives on his will. She was so rude and had no concern for my wife's pain.. being a lady, she was not at all worried regarding attending emergency. I had to go rush to another hospital then. Worst hospital staff response ever I had in my life.

On their confirmation that doctor will b available for d emergency , we reached hospital..to our surprise, the lady at reception had not even informed doctor and kept saying doctor will arrive when he will get time and in this hospital, doctor arrives on his will and not according to patients.
