Green Leaf Hospital

The doctors are good but the staff is very careless and unprepared. There is no kind of sanitisation. Apart from doctors, other staff doesn’t follow up properly and there is no kind of protocol. Lots of unprofessional. Patients have to take their own care. Request the owners to look into this

My brother was admitted here for 3 nights because he had typhoid.
I will mention all the Problems we faced -

1) They disturb the patient a lot. They will knock on the door at 6am to give you a dose which we didn’t need.

2) the power went out like 50 times in a day. ( only in the green leaf Hopsital, the whole building didn’t face any issue at all )

3) the rooms are just okay.

4) the staff just runs in the room without permission or any approval at all.

Green leaf hospital was excellent all team are very nice Dr jenil gurnaani and Dr Dinesh butra both rescue my father's life I am very thankful for him

These 5 stars today in exclusively for reception staff Ms.Pranjal and Ms. Dimple. There were so tolerant all the time,even with tremendous walkings at the front desk, non stop billing inquiries and ever ringing phone they were so calm and composed attending each and everyone.
Hospitals really need such people they are always very empathetic to the patient and their families. Which keeps the stressed families at hospital at easy.

We had best experience while dealing with them, they always understood our situation and we're very supportive.

These both ladies are best asset to green leaf hospital and we are hoping they are treasured well by management.

Hospital staff not good u take an appointment at 7.30 and wait for doctor 45-50 minutes but no reply from hospital staff , so poor management , they don't have value of time try another hospital near by bad experience

Green leaf hospital is better than corporate hospital doctor sri devi madam is excellent to speak patients and staff also good my rating is 5

We like to specially thank Dr Divang bhatt for his foresight & taking such good care of our mother . All the doctors in the ICU , Dr Pranav & Dr Rahul explained everything very nicely .

VERY POOR SERVICE, doctor not visited even when the patient was critically ill. Charges are not transparent , Avoid if you have other option
