Genesis Hospital

The appointment system is ridiculous.

They prefer vaccination before because of money may be.

The girls are front office are not at all trained.

The staff is very rude , they don’t give proper attention or token number is not there.

Being such a big hospital system of appointing is pathetic

Take your kid at your own risk. Dr. Gaba tries to perform all procedures even if they do not have ENT facilities. I asked specifically for ENT but there front desk staff trained to accept all kind of patients. Because of there mishandling my kid got his ear drum damaged.

We had a great visit to genesis hospital.Doctors explain everything in detail and they make us feel comfortable.The hospital looks clean and house keeping is really good. I strongly recommend this hospital for your kids good health

Highly unprofessional. Very slow. To even get a consultation receipt have to wait for 2 hrs. No system, unorganised, anyone is coming and cutting the queue.. have never ever seen such pathetic staff ever .. not coming here anymore.. really disappointed.

Doctor Gaba is an expert in diagnosis and you get a medicine that works from a single dose. My child is in safe hands that’s what i feel whenever i visit Genesis Hospital. Staff is also very cooperative.!!

The worst doctor gaba worst staff worst nursing worst care. People should stop consulting such a pathetic and careless doctor. Only for minting money. DOCTOR WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR CALL, NEVER REPLY OVER WHATSAPP, BEAWARE IN BOLD LETTERS AND THINK BEFORE RISKING YOUR CHILDREN’s LIFE AND WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

Staff is also very cooperative.!!But TPA department is very poor service every time i have taken followup so please very seriously matter and should make strong team.

There is literally no system even to take appointment. They have 1 landline number that too unreachable most of the time.

When you call doctor directly to inform. They will say call on landline number.
