Clean and hygienic environment. Good doctors and everything systematic as compare to other govt hospitals.
Even it's look like as a private hospital you will get proper information and treatment.
Educated and polite staff.

We have visited this place 3-4times we found the security gaurd on the entrance and the person who is mainging the que outside . They don't have manners to talk with people.They feels likes they are are one who is checking petient not doctor.Also they should know patient waiting outside in the pain they should at least have to talk politely.I I know this is a govt hospital but humanity comes from inside. Also there is no one to manage inside thing. My patient was in pain n they were diverting patient here n there .I'm giving 2star rating only for staff .And even the senior doc also don't have manners to talk with patient attendie and with patient.He was literally shout on ppl.

Dear Mr Kejriwal, It isn't that easy. Government doctors don't write for test to be done in private hospitals. They send us to Deen Dayal or JSSH which is worst and overcrowded like bhed bakri mandi.

Do something of gentleman stature, only advertisement advertisement advertisement, that's what you can do.

They don't even pick the phone 24x7. They don't have feelings for the patients and also not have manners to talk. They just sit and take their salaries. Because of some staff the hospital is 👎

Update: They have created a new rule that shorts are not allowed. They literally insulted me today and said leave to hospital because i wear shorts.

Worst hospital ever. Its Govt hospital but without any facilities, they dont have IV medicine for chemo patients nether they provide blood test.
Security guards are like gangsters they think he/she is full power to misbehave with anyone, throw out from hospital, Senior doctor is so rude and attitude person.

Good part is also cleanness and timing. They are so punctual.

Never gave given a govt hospital anything other than full rating.

Nice hospital fully air conditioner, neat and clean. Most important good Dr. Bhupen Prasad in DSCI (WEST)

During covid time it was very difficult to obtain number only 20patient were allowed that time and people come from far place as early as 6am. You had take covid test on the other side of hospital which atleast 500 feet one sided. Imagine a person who is so weak can't walk . My father check up was going on here.. I know what we going thru that time.. . Every Now and than doctor change new doctor enforce own policy. There is no entry inside buliding till doctor start seeing patients. People sitting on road or park.. staff are cold hearted.. only few person good inside rest just Sarkari..
Guys don't go there with single caretaker need atleast 2person to attend one patient.
