Giving 2 star only for some good doctors they have . Other than that even the staffs have no etiquettes how to communicate or respond in a proper manner to the patients.

Waiting since 1 hour for OPD registration, as Dr. Timing is 9Am to 10am.
Issue is this, in waiting area, fan is not working and drinking water is not available, only machine is available.
So, admin manager is not taking care properly about their duties. I don't think, it's responsibility of dr.. they have hired their staff for the job but staffs are not doing their job properly. Ritesh

Dr. Umesh Kansal- Orthopaedic, very bad experience with him, not responding on calls, no proper treatment, giving only Pain killers, not giving proper advice, stopped doing exercises, so that can call patients again and again...charges 800/- per visit. I wish could give 0 stars...

One word to describe this hospital is SCAM. earlier they mentioned something while admitting and then did not even give any treatment but overcharged and refused to pay the advance amoumt as well.

They only money making policy. They have general ward to but that are not in use they want every patient high cost of the rooms. You can see cockroach in patients room to.

Giving 1 Star just because of No option left , Hospital Mangement is too worst. They took higher amount for Delux room just to say they are providing better things and stuffs like Heater , Attendent Blanket , TV etc etc ... But once you entered and booked the room there's no way to get back. All these are fake promises because the things they provide are totally in vain. Heater won't work properly its has burning smell all the time. TV is not recharged. They don't provide blanket to attendent even, whatif person is coming from so long and not able to go to his/her home to bring the blanket in the late night of Winter season. After doing so much of request still they don't give it to you...So rediculous . Even the approval process of TPA is too slow

I friend was admitted here as he met with a motorbike accident. The staff is not active at the first place but after that they have provided the room and medication required. He was admitted on Saturday and they said either go with the operation today or we will only operate on Monday as the Dr. Would be on leave on Sunday, which is ridiculous.
