The hospital is good and full of all the facilities needed.. what lacks is the staffs reaction towards patients.. the ortho department has few doctors who think they are GOD, but they are not.. treating patients like illetrate and senseless creatures is not fair and humane..
Expected a lot from this department.. there are also some gud doctors like Dr. Javed, Dr Rastogi ..

One of the best hospital also known as majidia hospital in south delhi region near tughlakabad ext or u can say sangam vihar, for low budget patients it is a nice hospital with neat clean and better facilities, equipped with best machines and senior specialist doctors.
Their staff is very friendly and supportive.
OPD timings-9am to 1pm
All departments specialists consultants always available to serve u better health.

The hospital is clean and well managed hospital all the services are here also is having lift service they still treat you well Even in the lockdown corona times... No rude staff not too many queue and waiting.. so overall good place to get treated

Service with a smile! Fantastic team of doctors, nurses and support staff. OPD and 700 bed in-patient hospital. Excellent treatment at very reasonable cost. Sadly, not many know about this hospital. Some friends even asked if it was allopathic. Yes, yes, yes. There's also an Unani wing. Not yet cashless but reimbursible, and not CGHS affiliated.

If doctor wants any medicine please do not bring from hospital's pharmacy because they charge 2 times more in medicine and does not provide any discount

Bring medicine from tughlakabad extension near hospital's gate no. 6, approx 200m. they will give you 20 to 30% discount on medicine

Bouncers in black dress is very rude and arrogant. They thinks that they are the owners of hospital and do not treating patients and his attendant respectfully.

Hospital administration wants to look into the behaviour of bouncers.

Those who are below poverty line and ecomonic weaker section and holds ration card of delhi gets free treatment with medicine

I was admitted in surgery Ward my doctor team was too good but nursing staff and other ward staff is very bad they are usually use bad and rude language to the patient

Worst experience they always used to find way for addition charges.
