Honda: Ujjain Honda(Agar Road)

We bought a newly launched Activa from this place. While selling the employees and sales people here were very welcoming. After the booking and payment was done, there was no attention from employees here. The accessories weren't put and when asked to put they made us wait for hours and still didn't do the job. Their manager Mr. Mandloi was very arrogant and didn't bother to get the job done.
Very very poor service and worse customer service.

The experience is not good, because I gave him in-warranty battery before 11 days, he promise me to exchange battery within 7 days, after 11 days he is not gave me satsifactory answer. He told me to arrange the battery within no limit of days. Staff behaviour is good, but service is not so good.

Behaviour of staff is too bad..Behaving like they don't care about customer..They welcoming us by offering a dirty bottle of fanta filled with tap water..So poor

The staff here are nice but there is no lift to go to the second floor.

Not Any Difference between Serviced Bike or Not
