Extremely extremely dissatisfied and horrified at the customer service provided by the agency. Half of their tools work, yet they’ll charge you completely and for as small as a thing of getting your number plate attached to your own vehicle. I don’t understand that you buy a vehicle worth a lakh rupees yet you are told that number plates are paid for separately, and not included with the RTO registration. As funny as it sounds, the staff, will make you feel as if you asked a question worth their entertainment. Extremely unhappy and not recommending this agency to anyone. Buy your vehicle where there is good customer service.
