An awesome homestay tucked away in the hills of the western ghats near Sakleshpur. Great hospitality by the couple who run the home stay. Amazing home made food coupled with homely environs is like icing on the cake.

The experience was really good. Stayed for 2 nights . Calm, serene place. The owners of the property Anil , his parents and wife Vindhya were the major factors to make the stay so comfortable. The food was so yummy. Home cooked food very tasty especially Akki roti. Nature walk in their dense forest estate. Organised by the owner himself. No second thoughts. Home away from home

The homestay here is excellent. The hospitality is very good. Assistance to nearby places good. It seems to be costly i.e. RS.2000 per person for a stay with food. The food is very average not worth for the money collected. We have opted for vegetarian food and one day for lunch they serve rice, rasam and salad. The owners should have options for the guest instead of deciding the menu's by themselves. I would not recommend this homestay if you are a foody and value your money.

One of the most peaceful, quiet places I have ever stayed (one of the few places in India you can wake up to the sound of peacocks!). The home-cooked local cuisine served for lunch was one of the best meals I ever had (extra special because it was the local new year day). The hospitality shown by the hosts was unmatched. The property itself is quite picturesque, with beautiful interiors and nicely manicured gardens. However, it's smaller than some of the other homestays in the area and is not inside an estate. Definitely worth a visit just for the food, hospitality, the peace and quiet and the view of the surrounding valleys.
