The best place to stay in kalpa ...I have stayed in many homestays n hotels but this one is close to my heart... The view, food ,people most importantly Sanjay bhayia. You just name it. Specially for solo travelers this place is heaven.. you can simply own this place till you are there.. no disturbance or anything and Sanjay bhayia's knowledge about everything 🤗a great guy, great knowing you bhayia.. coming back again in a month or two ❣️

Farmvilla homestay in Kalpa near a small temple provides excellent service . I visited Kalpa with my family and stayed two nights Property owner Sanjay proved good host Food was homely View from balcony was beyond description My kinnor trip became outstanding only because I stayed at farmvilla in Kalpa Thanks Sanjay Sir

Amazing property with a magnificent view. Sparklingly clean. Healthy, tasty homely food. Sanjay ji was the kindest host and he went out of his way to make us happy and comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

property is neet and clean, Sanjay is very good and very professional host, awesome view of mountains. Only problem is is of parking, you have to leave your car 300 mtrs away from the home stay and have to carry your luggage.

Cons: - Not a roadside homestay. - 400 metre walk within a village with narrow road with your luggage - Parking near Lakuraveer Temple which is 400 meter away - Visit to the local village with Temple and Monastery is 400 meter + 600 meter uphill walk - For any need of medicine or food from the market its a total walking of 400 meter + 600 meter uphill - After sunset (7.30pm) you are practically within the village away from the main market area, where most of the hotels and homestay are. - No attached toilets with the room
Pros - Majestic view of the Kalpa-Kinnaur range from the verandah, for which Kalpa is famous for - From morning to evening, you could just sit in the verandah, and take a time-lapse of the various beauty it has on offer - The trees nearby, hosts hundreds of birds. So with the view, chirping birds is a bonus - Apple orchard, Flower garden, Cherry tree are add ons - Deliciously cooked food - Away from hustle and bustle. So if you are looking for peace of mind and not in a mode of running around in your car all day long, this is the place. - Serenity of the place - Roghi village and Kinnaur Point (Suicide point) within 4 km by car. - Sanjay, a nice host

A quaint homestay in the middle of an apple orchard, surrounded by cherry blossom trees. With a balcony that faces the snow clad mountains. It's sounds too good to be true , but it is ! There is a bit of a walk, about 300m from the road to get to the homestay but with the views offered, one forgets all fatigue. The caretakers are very hospitable, food is homely and warms the soul. The bathrooms are shared but it's very neat, with hot water facility. All in all, a perfect place to stay in kalpa.

Nice place to stay in nature’s lap. It’s located right in the middle of Apple and other fruit orchards. Kinnar Kailash is just in front visible from the terrace. Food was prepared by the caretaker was fresh and tasty. Only negative side is the Homestay is located 300 meters from parking place and one has to walk through the village narrow pathway with all the luggage.

The location of hotel is heaven.. we are glad to be part of this amazing homestay . The view from balcony is Just wow. The range of Himalayas make you feel speechless
