There is nothing much to see only historical importance .. During second world war american 462d bombardment group used to stay here and launch attack on japan soil .. in 1944 , 5th june they launched longest ever mission , 2261 miles up and down to drop bomb at makasan airfield bangkok,thailand .. later many more attacks were orchestrated from here .. in 1945 it was handed over to british colonial goverment .Nowadays it's a abandoned runways amidst jungle .. other than that nothing is left ..

Nothing is there to see, only cement hard standing floor. And lots of tomato 🍅 tree, the local people harvesting.

It's said to be an Abandoned Airfield of World War 2. Nothing of much interest. Locals have named it as Chatal. Out of nowhere you will find that the muddy roads end and a concrete road starts. Its amazing to see that even after so many years how the runway is still there. The local administration could have preserved the same in a much better way and made it a tourist attraction.

This airfield is located near piardoba sabji market. Some interior and crossing mud roads you have to reach their. Now The Airfield is not maintained properly. But it has occupied a large area. You can roam around the place and can enjoy..
