Temple to visit for Raghu kethu dhosam nevarthi ...

I had been to this temple 4 yrs back. It's a very old temple and the poojari was not able to afford money for its its maintenance. I lost the contact number also. I request all the devotees to help poojari for maintaining the temple. Please donate as much as possible.

Ancient Shiva Temple. Located in the heart of Town. This truly Place for Rahu. Because Rahu Represent other Religion (Formless - Islam) Indicates . I think this town is famous place for Islamic pele, as they have a Dharga, More muslim population, Indicating Rahu (Sarpa) Energy. Temple is not in good condition. Needs lot of maintenance. Temple needs lot of Improvement, Hope all the devotees help the temple to grow. Many foot fall (Tourist) is for Dharga compared to this temple. Goverment should hand over temple Non Governmental Organisation for proper Maintenance, as well as spreading power of Temple. Renovation work ( Just Painting, not restoring damaged statue) is being carried out for samprakshanam. Goverment should consider for leaving all the temple to Non Governmental Organisation for upkeep and Maintenance. Hope someone read this Review and forward it to government, bring appropriate changes. Temple priest is aged person, his house just outside temple on right side. Temple is on the mainroad right side towards bus stand, before Dharga on the left side. "Om Nama Shivaya"

And this temple Siva lingam is Suyampu lingam .naganatha swami kovil.
This temple builded in the chola king nagarajar.Nagarajar statue inside the temple.
Ammbal name thirunagavalli Amman. Isdala veriesam Bennam maram.very peacefulness and powerful temple....... Hara hara Siva Sankara........

Ancient good temple, raghu keetu parigara temple. In this having one more special , Sree alaguni siddhar Jeeva samadhi.. nava giragamgal placed a same stright/ same direction of seeing , not a as usual. Very special here .

A good and old shiva temple. Having long history. It is believed that this is the birth place of ragu kethu. There is a hear say story that chozha raja while visit to this temple, wanted to donate landed properties. But, since this temple had lot of properties and was maintained by the people of nagoor, who were very rich in those days, not accepted the donation of the king. Though the king donated five veli of lands, for which iveli nathar idol was installed behind the moolasthanam.
