Poothatta Tharavad Kavu is situated in Kanoorkara. It's a calm and quiet place where monthly poojas are done on the ayilyam day (according to Malayalam calender) on every month. Ultsavam will be held every year. Wayanadu Kulavan is the main diety here. The old Tharavad lies near to this kavu and now it is used as an office of the trust.
