This is small pond on top of the hill of Ramadevara Betta, which has a historical backing for the same.

Legend goes that when Rama and Sita were on vanavasya Sita felt thirsty so Lord Rama used his Arrow and created a well/pond of water for her to drink. This is one.

This Lake or Kunda is formed near the Temple supposed to be from Ramayana Era or earlier. To reach the Kunda situated in Ramadevara Betta or Vulture Sanctuary, having Temple of Sri Rameshwara Swamy in one side and Sri Pattabhirama Tempe in other you need to cover some 400 steps. Standing opposite a beautiful and massive Hill overlooking it, myth is that it is supposed to be of Rishis whom Mother Sita cursed for some inappropriate behavior. There is a temple near the Kunda and everyday there is a free food served to devotees. If you want you can donate or else just have food and leave. The area is very peaceful though visited by many who want to go to Hill top to have a mesmerizing view of the area around.
