Faizan is the BEST!! He works super well with fine hair, always has a smile on his face. I've tried out a couple other hair stylists in the area over the years, but I always come back to him: he is efficient with time, delicate with hair, and willing to give input where desired.
This salon itself is super fun as well; the management (Jayanti) is very courteous.

Hair color: I love the place and the services provided. Mr. Toshik attended me, he is a pro when it comes to hair color, suggested hair treatments for my hair and gave thorough info about the products. The staff is cooperative and polite.

Firstly I want to thank Manisha, for her ideas and the effort she put into her work. She is a delight. Right from the beginning, Manisha really understood my skin. She is someone who can give you a subtle natural look to a classic glam look. From natural-dewy makeup to full-on glam looks, Manisha's work is all about the versatility she possesses as an artist. She understands the customer requirements. I love how she gives so much time to eye makeup as it really does make a difference. Although, I was getting late and making hurry but she did her work with patience. The rest of the makeup was also amazing. She is a perfectionist and very courteous throughout the process. She understands a person’s unique features and works her magic. She was super professional and understood everything I said as to what I wanted. She was really helpful considering I have a very tight schedule. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. With all the glitches and hassles she made my day so successful. She was punctual, quick and on time for making the setup ready at short notice. She gave me the natural look which I was looking for. She did her job beyond my expectations. I danced the night away and my hair and make-up did not move or fade all night !

Thanks to Mr. Gulshan as well for styling my curls and revamp my look. The setting spray was of good quality when it comes to holding the curls. It smoothens the hair shaft and adds a mirror-like shine. The best part is it doesn’t leave a crunchy cast that makes the hair hard. It also helps separate the curls, making them look voluminous and thick. It coats the hair evenly and helps in preventing frizz to a great degree.

Front desk executives are helpful and cooperative. They will make you feel comfortable with warm hospitality !

The salon was recommended by a friend for hair cut, and the first time I visited i was very satisfied as Mukesh is a very good hair stylist...
However on 25 oct 2022, i revisited for a hair trim, and I decided to get a global hair colour thinking that since he is so good with hair cut he must be equally good with colouring too...
But to my misfortune,i trusted the salon as well as Mukesh and went for the global hair colour...
The process was very tiring and my hair was pulled so much during the application of bleach first, then colour that I was wondering as this was my first time that is it so painful, do all who get their hair coloured face such pain??
Any ways the girl who was helping him with my hair complained that her hand is burning, it was the bleach he was using...it was so strong that one can imagine if it was burning her hand so was it burning my hair...

The ling process came to an end finally and my hair didn't look any shade close to what he showed me indescent brown, it was more orange and I didn't like that at all...
Anyways I came back paying Rs 7000 and disatisfied with the process, which was painful and the end result... money gone down the drains....
After the wash at home suddenly my hair became extremely frizzy and difficult to manage... So dry and damaged...it's so lifeless and damaged that I have a fear of ever going to a salon for any hair colour again...
I cannot undo what has happened to my hair..
But I feel this is not done...
How can a respectable salon like this one have a person to dye someone's hair and not know how much bleach to use and how to get the correct shade to the clients hair...
How can u spoil someone's hair and then also not take any responsibility for it...
I am dissatisfied, disappointed...
Mukesh is good with hair trim , no doubt...
But why is he taking on to colour and spoil someone's hair...beyond repair????????

My extremely rough, extremely dry, extremely frizzy, bleach, and colour, and heat damaged hair ...
Can u offer any compensation for ruining my hair??????
It's devoid of any natural protein and the cuticles are damaged badly.....
