Hotel is managed by government/alike organization. You can't expect too much from them.

Location is very good, hotel is under renovation in a phased manner as we got to know, rooms are being upgraded to current hospitality standard.

View from 3rd Floor Executive rooms balcony is good.
They also have 4 bedded rooms, premium rooms which don't have balcony, but the room, washroom size is humongous and justifies the room tariffs. (between 3000- 5100)

Royal room category is also good but they have a serious mold and rusty smell problem in that.

I would suggest to book rooms by directly calling them on their number, instead of booking online, because they can also provide discount on some rooms.

Personally, it's a pleasant stay here.
P. S.- Book 4-bedded rooms, they are large in size, have 2 double beds, large washrooms, no balcony, but window view is good.

Also, pure vegetarian food is not available here as they cooks both veg & non-veg in the same kitchen and utensils.
Pure vegetarian restaurants are within 500 mtrs range.

No doubt location is one of the prime location, the lake view is clear and it is away from the regular crowd.

Though it don't have a elevator facility, so it might not be preferred for oldies or who hate to stairs.

5 stars for location though. The rooms have balcony as well so if you want to relax and enjoy the nature then this is one of the hotel you should opt for in nainital.

Well maintained airy room,lake facing balcony, lovely dinning place, clean bathroom. Foods are very very tasty.
Breakfast is complementory.

My favourite place to stay in Nanital. Have been coming here since years. Their hospitality is unmatched, the concern and care shown by each member of the staff is worth it. The view of the lake is just gorgeous and the favourite room that I book is neat, clean and tidy.

Nice place to stay with family...with beautiful view.. just be prepare to climb the stairs to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors if you have reserved rooms on those.

Food is fine not that good or mind blowing.. complimentary breakfast you can take, its okay type...rest lunch and dinner I would prefer you to have from outside.

Located in the heart of City. Food is Good. Rooms are good. But stairs to the hotel are very risky as the side support is not there. Safety features while going up and down are hardly there. No place in the hotel to enjoy nature as you don't have any place to sit under the sun. Hotel is not good for Senior Citizens.

Loved it, the location is great, the view from the room or balcony is great. The staff is really good and helpful. They just need to work on the quality of buffet breakfast, else all is amazing.

Property is located in Tallital, reachable by cab. Rooms were spacious and food was okay. Needs a little bit maintenance and upgrade. But it’s location and views worth stay here. Executive rooms are refurbished and modern. Must for for it.
