Joshi ji and Armella have the best and nicest guest house around Kasar Devi and Almora area. It is a pleasure to stay here. It's so beautiful, full of greenery and Joshi ji also brews his own wine which if you're lucky is in stock and for sale. They also provide great quality food and thali's. Super cheap, super super nice!

Tranquility retreat is a beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. It is run by Armelle and her kind family. You won't find luxury here but can definitely get beautiful views, clean air and peace. I will highly recommend if you are looking for a humble homestay in the hills.
