This is one of the best managed property by KMVN. The staff were very co-operative especially when there is limited electricity only for 2 hours between 7 to 9 pm. They provide very diligently hot water for bath in the morning. We stayed in an Executive room, the room is comparatively small. However, it has a very beautiful view of the valley and Himalayan peaks. The taste of the restaurant food was also good. The best part of this hotel is its excellent location.

Location- It's on top of a mountain. One needs to drive 10 kms from the forest gate to reach the stay. The drive is through the jungle. If you are lucky, you can find deer, jackal or leopard on the way.

Property - Do NOT expect luxury. The place doesn't have any electricity. They give power connection between 6 pm to 9 pm within which all need to finish food, charge the phones and tuck in. They also provide hot water in buckets and you can get it as many you want (please do not misuse water as every resource or commodity is worthy on top of the mountain). They also provide candles and matchsticks for the time when there is no power.

Staff - Extremely helpful, hardworking and would find them running around for any quick support. They will guide you while you have your food (it's buffet system for all meals), run and bring hot water.

Food - Tasty food which is served as smoking hot.

Overall a fantastic stay with a mind blowing picturesque view of the Himalayan Mountain Range.

The four bed rooms are cramped and damp. The washrooms are huge and clean. The only catch is that electricity is available only from 6:30 pm-9 pm. Within that it's mandatory to finish dinner and get tucked in! Also charge your phone's during this time period. They provide candles to give you company to spend the night. Good is not bad. The best thing about this place is the location!

The road leading to the hotel is in very bad condition. No electricity, only from 6p.m. to 9p.m. lights are provided. Half bucket of hot water is provided per person for bath. They have separate area were you can sit and see the mountains very nicely.

Everything perfect! Perfect stay, perfect food, perfect property and perfect staff. It is right next to the starting point of Zero Point Trek and has a viewing deck which gives the best view of the peak. Electricity is available only from 6-9 pm but you can charge your phone at reception or diner any time. Post 9 pm you have to use a candle and trust me it looks really pretty.
+ Ample parking space
++ No cigarettes or Alcohol available around. You must buy whatever you need from Kasar Devi.
+++ This is has to be book well before time.

Didn't stay but used their washrooms before tracking the zero point at binsar wild life sanctuary. It's clean and impressive being a government run setup. The staff was courteous and welcomed us.

The resort is inside the forest of Binsar. People who like calm and serene places and like to venture in nature.. this place is the best option on binsar, the package is all inclusive in the hotel booking, neat and clean rooms. Food was really good.

A decent accommodation in the heart of the sanctuary. The approach road is in very bad shape and needs to be repaired.
The buffet spread is good and the the terrace is a nice place to interact with other travellers.
