The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to most tourist attractions in Pondicherry including the beach. The area is serene and quite. The owner is very nice, prompt and helpful.

A perfect place to stay in Pondicherry. It's in the heart of the French colony and very near to rock beach. The host is very professional and people are having great hospitality. I booked it through Airbnb.

Best place to stay in the Whitetown area as both the rock beach and Aurobindo Ashram comes within walking distance. Even the famous eateries like Py Cafe, Escape In and others are also very near. The room we stayed in was very spacious, neat, clean and the adjacent kitchen had everything.

Location of this Airbnb is a major point. It's located just opposite to the Ganesh Temple and Canara Bank.

Highly recommended for travellers who want the best of the beach as well as the major tourist attractions!

Stayed on the Penthouse, it has a lovely view of the ocean and you can watch the sunrise and moonrise from up here. The downside (if you take the penthouse) is the heat and the 4 flights of stairs you needs to walk up. And the overall downside is that it us located right next to the temple and the noises from the public chaos and temple activities can be bothersome to some folks.

Overall, would definitely recommend but, it's good to know the cons before you pick it.

Great option for quite stay at the heart of the white town in Pondicherry. Love the ambience of the room. Will love to stay again instead of any hotel

The kitchen wasn't clean enough and it had a smell. A rat got in the kitchen and scared the hell out of us. The room and the bathroom were fine and seemed clean...although the curtains were quite dirty. Other amenities like ac, geyser, fridge, etc. were fine. You have to climb a lot of stairs as the room is on the third floor. The place is at a great location though...very close to the beach.

The owner is extremely polite and helpful. And the honesty is equipped with all modern amenities, AC, Gyser, Refrigerator, Induction stove, electric kettle, RO water filter. You will enjoy staying there.. And its very near to Rock Side beach and Aurobindo Ashram

A decent place to stay at an affordable rate considering how close it is to the beach. The view from the terrace is calming. I think this would certainly be one of the best places to stay for the rate.
