This office is recommended for any sort of registry you wanted to have. Process is fast, people are expert in getting the things done asap. No long queues. Better seating arrangements and office opens from morning 7:30 am to 9:00pm. Which is the best timing for the people who works in offices and get time later in evening without taking leave.

Enough seating, but can get hot n humid in summer. Although it is well ventilated. The main waiting hall is very artistically decorated. This is inside MTNL building near Ganesh Talkies Charai. You can drive a car and get parking around on the streets relatively easily. Washrooms stink and very poorly maintained.

It is inside of charai telephone exchange. It is very Conjusted and not have good ventilation.

There is very difficult to get parking, so you need park long somewhere and walk.

Government must improve the infrastructure of this place. The government is earning a lot of money from the public from the stamp duty and registration fee but not providing basic facilities of proper sitting arrangements, Clean and hygienic environment, Basic washrooms, and parking facilities.

Very slow moving and bad work.
No public convenience is seen by administration. Not bothered about network speed inspite of collecting substantial revenue

More fans and a water cooler urgently needed there

The office is located inside MTNL complex. Adequate seating arrangement for moderate crowd. No parking for visitors. Visitors have to find a place on the road to park their car/ bike which is difficult to find. You need an agent's service to get your job done properly.

Despite paying lakhs of rupees to the state government as stamp duty, even the most basic parking facility is not available for this office.
Seating area has minimum sitting due to social distancing.
Office work is done by the agents and very difficult to get the work done without an agent.

But on positive part, office is neat and clean.
The work happens much faster than most other registration offices.
