i went thought process of BIS and found that to take registration of BIS, you need more than 30 thousand to obtain a registration number only. I dont know why they take so much charges. After you will spend more 40-50 K in laboratory. means to launch 1 model of electronics , initially you have to spend almost 1 Lakh. In india, Middle or lower class cant start a business because this expenditure that why indian business is not growing. When CRS is compulsorily by Govt , then it should subsidised by them also.
