very poor service, very poor after sales service, poor sales team, Non resolution of customers complaints.......Recommend never purchase any thing from Mobel Furniture Raniganj. Purchased some furniture from Raniganj store in august 2018. One chair was not delivered. on inquiring with store they had given assurance for the delivery. But the same was not yet delivered till date....only assurance is received from the store and the amount paid was also not refunded.....further ITC of the GST paid is not reflecting on the GSTR2A. This store is not worth of buying products of even single penny ... Kindly think 200 times before buying any product from the store.... i have suffered a lot ...no reply no communication.
Only the good thing about the store is that they are very brilliant at giving assurances to the customers without any intention of fulfilling the assurance...
