I have visited this furniture store only once . I had a very delightful & gorgeous experience when I visited this furniture store . This store has a great variety of products like sofa , almirah , safe and vaults , and other interior products . I like those furniture products very much and will obviously recommend my dear brother and sisters to visit this store at least once to get a favourable taste of those interior products . Great collection of quality furniture both metal and engineering wood. The price is on the higher side but their designs are way above the contemporary furniture sellers.

Found the staff very helpful and they matched the price that you see in their online portal. I had a few other Godrej Interio stores which won't do the same.

Moreover, I am very thankful to the entire team in there who sorted out my invoice and delivery issues as well. Highly recommend this store and their products.

By a chance quite unintentionally, We visited Godrej Interio Store, Mohini Palace, AC-7, Jyangra Saha Bagan,for a specific reason ie, to look for a computer table chair only. But it's to our astonishment the behaviour of the store assistants @ Tomali and one from Bajajfinserve really touched us. So decent and polite. They helped us ride all the floors describing each and every stuffs and possible rebates for those. Ultimately, I landed up with a purchase of Rs 2 Lakhs (+) just for those little sweet girls efforts. Thank you guy's. Keep the good work always with Zeal you are doing. Rest I can comment about Godrej Interio Store, once after receiving my stuffs. Thanks and regards....

I have paid rupees 32000 for an almirah and they gave me an almirah with numerous dents on its door. When I called them and told them about it they were very casual and said once they had sold it they are not responsible for the product even if I have received a damaged one. They kept refusing me for a replacement.

At last when I wrote a letter to Godrej at their customer grievance cell and talked to a brand representative in Mumbai they said that they will look into this matter and will make sure that I get a fresh product as soon as possible.I still haven't got it but hope I'll get it soon.(I'll update once I receive my product from Mumbai) From Mumbai I was told that the baguihati store lied about their stock information so that they don't have to replace their damaged one.

All I want to say is that please don't buy products from this perticular store at baguihati. They will show you fine products at their showroom but will deliver you a damaged one. They are very rude and unprofessional and will not pay heed to any of your problems.

In my life till now I have bought many Godrej furniture from different store but this time I had a very bad experience at baguihati store. In future I'll avoid buying anything from this perticular store.

Got it replaced on 21st December after ordering it on 26th November. Well, it took almost a month to get it done after contacting brand personnel who works from Mumbai.
Many people won't know how to move their complain to Head office which is why I request the consumers not to buy from baguihati outlet.

This is really sad to say that in spite of having good quality products with wide ranges, the services after sales is really pathetic. I have bought the product (Wooden Bed) on 26th January 2023 and got installation done within a week. During installation itself, Godrej mechanic declared the product as defective. Since than still waiting for replacement. Talked many times at customer care. But expecting a call or acceleration from this store (from where I bought the product) what was never happened. They even did not bothered to approach me even after knowing the facts.
Very poor services as well as unprofessionalism by company like Godrej. Not at all recommendable.

It's a great experience to visit the show room at the VIP ROAD store. Mr. Sougata Banerjee is really helpful to demonstrate the product range and select my desired one.. I would love to visit your show room again....Thank you

I have purchased Rio three seater sofa and Lynette coffee table..I stay in jadavpur and I enquire about current offer from Mr Sougata Banerjee in Vip road store.He was so well spoken and a wonderful sales man..he convinced me to come all over from jadavpur to vip road. I came here only for his well behavior and good attitude and ending with purchase sofa and coffee table..I must recommend every one please visit this store and specially purchase from this guy. A wonderful experience..
