Well spoken with good behaviour staff like Sandipa has helped us choosing exactly what we were looking for like customized and well designed wardrobe, bed and dining table made from the best pieces of wood and steel in the market currently. We are indeed glad to be a Godrej Interio customer. I request all within the vicinity of South Kolkata region to come and visit this place in Behala if you are planning to buy durable, reliable, good looking furnitures of best qualities. Edit & update: Finally thanks to Tanay at time at the Godrej Interio store, the issue is resolved and the sofa has been replaced. It was absolutely hassle free and there was absolutely zero follow ups required!!

I have had the hard realisation that all is well till your product is fine and you dont need to go into warranty processing. On 18th of December, 2021 I bought a sofa set valued at 1.36 lacs. However when the sofa arrived there were several problems. The springs were not at the same level. Also from the first seat to the 3rd there was a downward decline.

On complaining to customer care they changed the individual 2 sofas but the 3 seater they said they will change later. Complained again. Again they came for inspection, admitted that there were problems, gave their report of the same. And for months I heard nothing.

Again I called customer care. They said that they had no documents of the previous inspection. I have the photos of those reports though. So i registered a complain again. Again they came for inspection on 24th Aug. heard nothing till November. So called up customer care again. Guess what. Same story. They have seem to have no idea of the previous inspection.

So again they sent for inspection on the 3rd of November. I have photos of their reports mentioning spring problems, alignment issues and leather problem. But havent heard back anything again. December their 1 year warranty would be up.

Extremely disappointed with this way of working of Godrej. Feigning ignorance seems like a their modus operandi to avoid having to replace/repair faulty furniture. I feel totally lost now and dont know where to go with this.

I sincerely hope this doesnt happen to any of the other buyers. Just know that this is how they work their warranty procedure. So if something goes wrong you may have to go through this hell too.

I visited the store to purchase a showcase for my new place in Kolkata. The Godrej Interio stores look absolutely fabulous outside as well as inside. The range of options for any kind of furniture requirements at the store are really impressive. You name it and you get it. The store manager and other personnel were knowledgeable and hospitable enough to share each and every detail for the product I was looking for. They were also generous enough to offer some special discounts to me. Very systematic. The showcase I bought got delivered at my place as per the date and time of my choice.
