Worst store I purchased sofa set, dining table, king size bed , and table worst quality all items are not made by real wood they are made by leftover wood pootu if water is falled on any item it will swallow and i changed 2 times sofa rexaine better order it from carpenter waste quality they are fraud dont buy any item i dont want to gives 1 star also but it is mandatory to give review

I hv never seen such a worst quality and service. I paid full amount for sofa and two cots and mattresses along with the delivery charges all at once on sep 3rd. They delivered sofa after 2 weeks, whereas commitment was for a week and the color was diff from what we ordered but they never accepted it and were not ready to show the catalogue to see the pic which we hv taken and the original catalogue pic. Cots were delivered after a month and the finishing was so so bad and today is 20th oct, one mattress is yet be delivered.

No one attends the calls and just now the driver calls and says if you pay me for transport then i will deliver your mattress, otherwise i will not, when i asked why shd i pay when i hv aleady everything, he says, what is the use for me to deliver the item then. Speak to the showroom, i will deliver whenever i come to your area. Showroom guys never answers the calls. its just like pouring my 2lakhs in drain.

Parmesh is the guy who attended us in the showroom and worst person ever.

We had visited Bantia Kukatpally store recently and I was delighted with the service of Mahimood as our Salesmen. He made the purchase of our dream furniture comfortable with a detailed explanation and great price...

Mainly i would like to mention of Bantia furnitures is super quality. Awesome receiving by staff they are well professionals to the customers needs.

Thanks to the Sales Executive Laxmi her work and explaination of furniture impressed me.
Thanks to the Branch Manager: K.Eshawar Yadav he as much patience to the customers for they satisfaction.

Bought sofa set on oct 4th Ashley .damaged one . Don’t buy any product from bantia at Kukatpally branch .. false commitment . I have purchased a sofa with cost of 1.5 lack’s they delivered damaged one. Requested for replace no response even customer care also not responding , very false promising from bantia furniture’s.

and Got the delivery damaged
asked to replaced it
its been a more than a month there is no proper responce from any executive nor any branch incharge....
total worthless and deceiving people in the name of brand .....

Please 🙏 share as many as possible l never ever experienced this much fraud.
On 26 Jan offer they sold corner sofa 25k It's quality not even 2k . That too after vigarus follow up 8 day s they given very poor quality
So friends don't get cheated from them
Ban bantia from the city it should go like viral , we should stop this kind of fraud.
Police must involve in this kind of cheating.

Came here for king size bed, once place for all furniture’s. Ended my search in Bantia, finalised and booked the bed. Will update once I receive product. Thank you very much Prathusha for the support.
