It is waste to give even one rating to saraf. Their should be negative rating for saraf. My experience with Saraf furniture was very worst. I have received a damaged dining table and it's been 4 months I have raised a complaint. As of two times carpenter came to check but it was not resolved till now. After following for 3 months they accepted for replacement. After 1 month when I am checking for update on replacement they were again saying it will be repaired now. I 've email proof and everything from support service. Though they inform us that they will replace they will notbkeep their words. We will not have satisfaction after buying from saraf furniture.
By checking overall rating in Google we can understand how worst their service is. My mistake is I have not gone through ratings in google. No I'm suffering. I've wasted my money and I feel it's my mistake to choose saraf. No one will respond. So please think before you buy.

Very bad experience. They sold the bed by claiming it is a seasoned sheesham. And within 2 years of purchase, there is manufacturing defect in the product, as can be seen from the photo. We called them and even paid their carpenter for an inspection. The carpenter told that this was a manufacturing defect and the wood that was used was not seasoned wood and it was wet wood. After that we called them up. They are not ready to entertain anything saying that the warranty of one year is over. Even on saying that we will pay for the repair, they are not ready to do the servicing.
Very bad experience. This is a classic example of not treating your customer properly. Even though the shop is in a posh location, their service and attitude towards customer is absolutely pathetic. I would recommend others to check other options nearby and just don't go there for purchase because their product is not up to mark and customer servicing is very poor.
The only thing they will do is respond with a message to contact through email. But won't reply to your mails. Such a shame. Customers beware!!

Extremely bad experience
They had promised to deliver the product by 18th Aug, after getting the confirmation I had placed the order. They didn’t deliver the order and made another promise to deliver 26-27aug, they did not deliver and said will refund the money by 29th.

Now there is no response from their end. Not responding to messages. I visited the Hyderabad store, same promise was made that money will be refunded but neither refund nor any response.

At the time of placing order they were calling every one hr.

Not at all trust worthy.

Pathetic experience, bought a overprized king size bed over a month back and it has already started disintegrating. The customer service is negligent and you will loose your time just following up with them. They just give templated responses and have no empathy towards their customers. I would recommend not buying from Saraf and maybe try out local shops who are more genuine and authentic.

Update 19/10/22: It's been 3 months now and my bed hasn't been fixed yet. Not getting concrete response from customer support, they just send out a templates response every time I ask for an update on this. This is the worst experience and I would highly recommend not buying from Saraf even a small piece of furniture.

Update 01/11/22: There has been no response from Saraf on when will get my bed fixed. They just send a templated response every time similar to responses to google reviews. A local carpenter shop is way more credible and authentic then these guys. They are selling premium furniture with very bad quality. Now I am not sure their product description is accurate, they market it as sheesham wood but I don't think it's authentic. Going to get a local carpenter to verify that.

I would like to Thank all those people for their reviews. I was planning on buying a bed from saraf, online. But decided to visit their store once to check out the product. But again, decided to check out the reviews online and thankfully, came across so many negative reviews! I am glad I didn't waste my time and money buying anything from these fraudsters!!! I might as well look out for the local shops/carpenters who would probably have better quality products and far better service than saraf.

Once again, thanks to all for the genuine feedback and my sympathies with all those who have suffered :(

Saraf has to be the worst company in all of India. They took our deposit and never delivered our furniture. 2 months later and they make the same excuses. They also won’t give a refund. Its maddening.

I have emailed and called atleast 25 times. Same answer every time. "yes, maam, we will have a supervisor contact you."

But their trick is just to pacify you. No manager will ever call and your money will be gone.

The only thing they do is have a bunch of people to answer the phone and take payments. They don't deliver the products and they don't provide any customer service.

They are a disgrace to the face of India.

The most horrible service you can ever imagine to receive is from these people. We ordered a bed online on 13th Nov with delivery showing as 28Nov to 4Dec. It’s 25th Dec today and there is no clear update these people give on delivery.

Every time you call them they will one or the other stupid reason. And they have a standard list of reasons which they will repeat on every call- product is in quality check, quality check failed so we need time to fix it (for our order they said this 3 times that quality check has failed), there is no truck is another reason, there is election here in Rajasthan. All these are lame reasons. Every time they will commit to a date and then when you follow up on that date, they commit a new date.

We have now been requesting for a refund but they are not taking that action too. We have called and mailed on their customer care, getting all standard responses only.

We are now going to take some legal action to get out money refunded.

Please don’t place any online order from them. Nothing is worth this much effort and patience.

I would request you all not to go with Saraf and for details, please read below:

To start with, it's a gamble/FRAUD.

- It's a light weight wood. We have ordered a poster bed and the INSIDES OF PILLARS OF BED IS A REGULAR WOOD and only outer part is Seesham wood. It's a big FRAUD.

- Very pathetic service: I have ordered 4 products on 22-Oct-2021 as Diwali offer and they informed it will be delivered by 04-Nov-2021. Vehicle started from main warehouse (Rajasthan) on 29-Oct-2021 and reached on 12-Nov-2021. In between those days, they changed 5 delivery dates.

- I have ordered a Trunk and one of it's legs were broken. I have informed the same on email, multiple chats, calls but no one came to address.

- Console table: My Console table came on 5-Dec-2021 (after 46 days) and as per customer care, it was on built since day one. Finally, product arrived with different colour than what I have ordered.

I have emailed multiple times, called Hyderabad showroom, warehouse manager and no one responded until now. The leg of trunk is still broken and the console table with different colour is not being replaced and they didn't accept to take it back. We feel bad to trust Saraf.

Further, you want to know why other Seesham wood showrooms price higher than Saraf? I have done a ton's of research and understood that they use the heavy and hefty Seesham wood and not the thin or lean left out pieces. Ofcourse that is their business strategy but it is not worth it if you are going to Saraf for strength of your furniture. FINALLY, A BIG 'NO' 'NO' TO SARAF AGAIN.
