I just availed installation service of this store for a home town shoe rack purchased on Flipkart.

Installation was quick and hassle free, duo(Shashidhar & Sreenivas) who came for it were very humble and quick in their work.

Overall i had a good experience of the entire process.

I was having an issue with my queen size bed , contacted hometown with in hours the technician name Hari Kishan has arrived to my home with minimum guidance and he did the work very well. Issue got fixed instantly and he proactively worked on other issues also for the Queen size bed which I bought at hometown. THANK YOU 😊

Today I just got my study table assembled by Srinivas Kola. I just extremely satisfied with his fitting and services. I will recommend Hometown for furniture.

I was in Punjagutta, Hyderabad branch today to buy furniture for my grand daughter's bedroom. No lifts were working and escalator from the ground floor to the upper floors was shut off. I talked to some employees who were present there but they told me nothing can be done and only way I can go up is by climbing the escalator steps. I am 80 plus years and no way I could do it. ..No doubt the store was empty.
Very disappointed with the store on which I depended as these years.

The store manager Amir was very helpful in selecting the items... He followed up with delivery fitting and polish teams... Finally Mr Asad khan has completed the job to our satisfaction....

I Baught a Shoe rack from Home town ..
The shoe rack arrived by post in about two days time.
As soon aa the post arrived ,
I got a call from the tech people when to sent the tecnician to assemble the Shoe rack
Mr.Mehboob Khan the tech from home town dropped and did a great installation ..
He was really Professional service ..
I am pretty much satisfied ...
