Neat and quality furniture. Better than expected. Would definitely recommend this place. Value for money.

They have very few samples available. Better to check online as they will also do the same at store. No one knows much at store as well.

If you want to feel the quality and make of the furniture sold on pepperfry you can visit. But keep in mind only few stuff can be found here. Dont expect great customer service you have to ask them for information and they will take you to the app and show the items

Worst place to buy furniture from them... They don't have any idea about the products they are simply doing the online business.

Great collection and good service, suggest to go with offline studio rather online booking as they help a lot during installation, warrenty and delivery

Have never been a great fan of online Furtunire. Cos I don’t get to sense what I am buying and don’t see it delivered what I thought I bought.

Terrible experience with Pepperfry this time. You need to really work with your suppliers and Quality check staff before shipping the large size and high value products to save inconvenience for your customers.

I ordered 2 Sleepyhead mattresses worth Rs 20K last week as the product is recommended by the company for back pains. Mattresses were delivered today so I spent roughly 20 minutes in unboxing and unpacking the mattresses as unlike other manufacturers no installation service is offered by either Sleepyhead or Pepperfry. I did all this work and waiting only to find out that Mattresses were shipped to me without any QC. There is a either some kind of a spillage or soil mark streching from one end of the mattress to other. It is disappointing to see this dilapidated condition of a Rs 20K product and I can't even imagine about using these on the bed for my family.

I have asked the Store manager to initiate the Return order and Refund for these. The Store staff was helpful and supportive, they patiently listened to my issue over the phone, asked for a couple of pictures so that they can place the return order.
