FWD Gachibowli

Have been following up with their staff and customer support for months for this sofa. It was sold to us a “Premium Sofa” under “Sofa Republic” Brand

You can see the condition of the furniture in a few years as to how low grade material was used and was cheated.

Now their staff doesn’t put any senior on the line to help resolve the issue even after months of complaints.

They are highly unprofessional especially their store manager. They have delivered a wrong product to me. At the time of delivery, I realized that they have billed a wrong product. Then the struggle started for me and it has become a nightmare for me. They neither receive the calls, do not respond over emails.

I purchased a 3+2+1 sofa and it was delivered on time. Installation was also done almost the same day.
However, the sofa was supposed to be delivered along with the cushions which were missing. I signed the delivery note saying they were missing
Repeatedly followed up with the sales guy who gives a standard answer I will come and
and give today and that today never comes. Now his mobile also switched off.

Recently I have bought a power recliner in fwd.. It is very good in quality which is much lower than the price in the market.. Warranty is also given for 5 years... Thank you fwd furniture

17/12- Pathetic quality.. Giving 1 star coz there is no option of giving 0. We bought dining table and chairs from here. The chairs delivered were damaged and looked used. We raised the complaint with the guy who was coordinating delivery and he stopped taking my calls. Contacted the branch manager. While he is responsive but the furniture has not yet been replaced. Never buying anything again from this store. I am attaching photos of the damaged and dirty chairs for anyone who is thinking of buying furniture from this store

Went to Gachibowli showroom & met Mohd Younus, a sales executive who has shown me furniture that suits to my taste. He is very friendly &?shown me good furniture items & explained about quality of wood/materials etc & I purchased 3 furniture items worth 49,000/-

A lot of options available and very good quality furniture. I bought a sheesham wood dining table and an office chair. Very happy with both. Mohd Younus, the sales rep, was a lot of help and very polite.

Recently went to fwd furniture Gachibowli store just to have a look on furniture but after going there I met with the sales person named mohd younus and I can say he is a true gentleman with good etiquette and a polite person he helped me alot in shortlisting the item and the store ambience is also good they have well maintained the store ambience..
Good quality of furniture with reasonable prices....👍
