Technician Gopal very smoothly handled the assembled process. It was an excellent service from royalaok furniture. The product is the same as purchased and great quality.

Very professional service and installation by Lingaswamy and Anil who came to our place and installed 2 beds. They finished work in a timely manner and we verified the function of the hydraulic storage which was smooth. Highly recommend to purchase furniture from royal oak Attapur branch. Also would like to give a recommendation to Naresh (salesman) who was helpful in suggesting beds and other furniture.

Bed assembly done by Mahesh. He is very professional and polite. He has done excellent job. He answered all of our queries.
I observed that handle provided by bed is very small. It is inconvenient to operate with that handle.

Their products may be good but delivery and installation services are really bad. I had one of the worst experience with their delivery team . Recently brought a TV unit, when they did the delayed delivery they missed some parts. Even before installation done I got feedback calls . Even after 10 days they are not able to resolve the issue. Pathetic post sales service.

Even after 14 days of receiving the unit they didn't do installation because of missing parts. They kept on saying that the missing parts will be received in 3days . The same story is being repeated by different employees for the last 2 weeks.

One of the most important issue I want to mention, in between they even tried duping me by sending parts of the demo piece which is having lot scratches. They even argued with me saying that it is new.
Finally when I insisted they have taken it back.
This is my first review. Imagine the kind of frustration we are going through. Please don't trust these people.
