Worst godrej showroom in the city . I mean the furniture and all is okay not much on display although i already bought a wardrobe from this branch 2 yrs ago . but the salespersons here are pathetic . 1 girl and 2 guys work in this showroom and they are always trying to push the customer away. Store closing time is 9 pm i arrived with 4 other members at 8 45pm . I knew it was closing time so was rushing things and wanted to just glance and take a quotation and leave for that the technician cum sales person was extremely rude. While we were talking with the guy 2nd one came and told him loud and clear " ab bas karo batana " . How rude is that? Pawnbroker shop kholke baithe kya ? Dont u have the decency to come and say politely madam its closing time pls visit tmr for more details? Dont u have one ounce of hospitality ? Or else u should write on ur shutter store timings from 10am to 9 pm but customers not allowed after 8 30pm . . They were rude to my kids as well like literally yelled infront of them . How can u do that to kids ?I hope the higher authorities read this and terminate all three employees i wish i can file a official complaint against those employees i would visit the store again just to have there sales IDs and lodge an official complaint against their immoral unenthical behaviour .

The services provided by the sales Executives was smooth and satisfactory. Products and goods delivered were up to satisfaction… and compared to market price

"Polite and Professional staff and Excellent service " . I was planning to buy bed, mattress and almarah and hence visited this Godrej outlet situated on the ring road, Hyderabad. Initially have been there just for looking around , then i found people working there very patience , polite and professional and they have explained me each and everything in very detail by comparing the other production available in the market , then i have been to this shop multiple times by taking measurements and dimensions of my room and comparing it with the products which suits and fit in my bed room , i found them very politely helping me out in deciding and finalizing the products . I really appreciate their tolerance and expertise skill in their jobs . I would like to thanks much to Salman bhai (sales guy) who repeatedly went ups and down of this store many times with me showing the measurements of product and Firdous Madam (Accounts) who brief me about the offers and prices . I would really like to visit and even refer my friends and family to this outlet as i found the staff very behaving very well behaving with every customer visiting there .

Very disappointing service. There are 2 floors on which there is no sales staff. Either one person or 2 maxiumum serving 3 to 4 customers. Others are not available and also do not answer their phones. Strongly discourage to go to godrej and specially Abids branch. Even the quality is not that same as before. It has gone down. Their sizes are also limited and are not much flexible.
