It's up to us how we use our money, buying anything form particularly this store is waste of money these people are fraud...they took our payment and denied that we did any advance payment, luckily we made the payment through check, now it's not even six months the furniture is getting damage wood is damage from many places and small particles are coming out of it.. trust me you you are looking for a strong furniture don't go for this shop. Further we called them for repair they made stories like you didn't have bought it from us n many other excuse came from them. They also said it's seesam wood which is engineering wood beware of 5* rater they didn't even bought any thing from them.

These people over here are frauds... Charged us high prices for the beds and gave us very low quality material which even broke before fitting... wasted our time and money.. you cant trust them at all. Very useless people. They dont even have proper lights in their showroom... its better to buy furniture from second hand place rather than buying from here. Horrible service. Worst decision to choose this place to buy our beds. Will always regret it.

Worst experience I have
faced with shalimer furniture,I purchased double cot bed, they charged 17500 rs and 1000 rs for transport and fitting ,the guy came to my house and not fitting properly,the head of the bed is completely loose and back side there is a big scartch. After several calls to thier costumer care ,they said I need to visit their shop again with bill,I visited on next day with bill and proofs of photos,they said they will visit with in 2 days but almost 11 days now. No one visited. I strongly recommend to all don't buy any product there. I already informed to all my friends and family,I am going to file consumer complient.Fitting persons only interested in money not service.
I am going to use all social media websites and I will make sure no one will suffer like me. My suggestion to all don't visit this shalimer furniture and don't waste your money.

I never asked for complete exchange,I was asked for just only head change,wow it's very funny you told that scratch from plywood company,I am not taking about ply wood company scratch,I was completed b tech I know the difference between company scratch and man made scratches, you are taking about call recordings,I have all your call recordings data including the latest call after I updated my 1st review,on that call one of your person said ,the corpenter person will come to my home with in 2 days and do the needful,it's almost 10 days now,yeah I will defenetely go ahead with legally,you said you are in 70 years in the market,I don't think 70 years company is doing services like this,here I am unable to upload photos,voice recordings ,I did uploaded in just dial and other social media websites. Friends please don't go blindely with the 4 start reviews, compare to this online product is much better and there we have 10 days replacement policy.
