Worst dealer service till date for ford. I have booked my car and made my full payment still they didn't delivered my car !! Rest of the dealers like kairali and pvs only take 12 days deliver the car !!! I complained with Ford company about this issue, they told me that they are having a trouble with Aly dealerships as their payment towards Ford is not prompt. They don't deliver on time, Please prefer some other dealer for your own good. It's almost been 24 days still I have not recieved my delivery !!! Some of the sales staff will always give a wrong commitment !! I believed that this only happened with me but few of friends have a similar experience with them in a same way !!! Please don't fall for the worst dealership of ford !!!

Aly ford, Palakkad @ I Don't know when the ford Ecosport car will be delivered even after paying full amount before 25 days. The showroom staff don't even know whether the vehicle is in transit or not. Says didn't get any updates. Feels pitty. Even after one month these people can't trace. Thinking for cancellation and go for another vehicle.
Recommend not to go for Aly Ford @ Palakkad.
