Awsome service guys.. Special thanks to Mr. Aravind - Service Adviser & Mr Ganesh - Delivery Exec, ever ready to help whenever I called. Also Mr Roy Joseph at the bodyshop guided me through all the formalities associated with the repair and claim process. Overall it was a great experience.

It was a awesome experience. I am completely happy with the over all service provided and also very happy with the staff. I would like to mention Mr. Nabeel about all his support provided through out my purchase from the start to end.

Very disappointed and worst service experience I had from mavelikara CBC ford . Those people are more concern about selling the spare parts rather than doing the service.They make the customers panic saying too many faults and changing the parts.They charged me twice as they had to recheck because of their lack of knowledge and mistakes

They don't even give u spare parts now... If u want to buy just a part they are not given... They are compelling to do service there only if u want to change any parts,🙄 main reason why ford failed...

I had given for wiper motor replacement. Arranged pick up and drop as I was out of town. Did a poor sealing of the plastic cover below wind shield. There was a few milli meter gap between wind shield and cover. Unfortunately only noticed after i few weeks and their number was not answering.

Great customer support and care. Thank you Ford management team.

l am. fully satisfied with the perfomance of the entire staff of cbc ford, Alappuzha .
I feel they deserve 10/10 Marks for rating purpose. In my opinion the cost of labour and spares are little high when compared with M/s Hundai and Mara
