Definitely the best fitness center in Calicut providing variety of packages like boxing, fitness, calisthenics etc. they have very professional trainers who help to clear all sorts of queries regarding fitness. Each session is for a duration of 1 hour with a trainer. We can also request for personal trainer if needed. They have a very good space with lots of equipments to carry out a perfect workout involving the whole body.
Trainers help you with respect to your needs and expectations. They also have a dressing room with lockers and a washroom.
