The trainer Muhassin will give the complete guidelines to get body fit.He is well experienced trainer that I ever seen. He is very friendly to us.There are lots of award's have been there for gym and the bodybuilders.

It is a good multi gym with good training and trainer with low fees compared to other which had won many mr calicut and Kerala in different categories this year also
