Bikanervala - Indian Restaurant in agra

Food was very good especially paneer dosa. I also loved chilla and raj kachori. Service was very good especially staff.
Unfortunately the rasmalai contains a small hair didn't know from where it came in the dish but they serve the new and fresh one for us.
A good family place liked it A lot.

It's a self-service restaurant which offers a wide variety of options in cuisine.

We tried the North Indian thali, noodles, Makki roti with sarson saag, Raj Kachodi, Malpuva and Gajar ka halwa.
We thoroughly enjoyed every item that we had ordered.

The food items are very filling and a thali, or a combo is sufficient for an individual.

In my pov all things are good whether it is food or it's environment. But the only thing I'm not quite satisfied is the self service. It should be changed and provide on table.

Super expensive....prices are more higher than tier 1 metros.

Visited today at 6pm which wasn't very crowded but still waiting time for each item was quite high. Highlight was one extra kulcha that took more than 15 mins....i can understand the higher prices for South Indian items but just can't get why local specialities should be so expensive!!

The food was not so good initially and the service was very slow. However, when complained, the staff took a step to correct themselves and took our food items, corrected them and gave back a full plate. These efforts by the staff deserve an appreciation.

I Found Bikanerwala as one of the well decorated restaurant with a wide variety of food including North Indian, South Indian, fast food, beverages etc. If we talk about the prices then, it is moderate here, neither cheap nor costly as well. The sitting arrangements is really nice. You can have your meal in there, or you can also have the take away option as well. It is one of the best place for party with friends and family for Birthday celebrations or any other occasion as well. The thing that I liked the most is the Self-Service part. You have to place the order at the cashier point, give the tokens at the cooking area, and you pick the order yourself from that area with extra bowls, plates or spoons, if you need any. You can call the service boy at last to bring water for you, or you can have that from the alleys...;)

Nice place to eat with family and friends.. Their taste of food is nice.. And they served same taste all over India that's i like the most about these types of restaurants.. Their special dish raj kachori really good in taste i never found such good taste of raj kachori on other restaurant.. They just need to improve their services they must be more fast..

They served us pav bhaji and spider 🕷️ on it. Now i prefer to eat at home.
