Dr. Tapan Gogoi

I called the shop ""Khan Opticians"" 1 day early about taking an appointment with Dr Tapan Gogoi for my mother, but I was told that I don't have to take any appointment. I called again on the same day of visit to reconfirm whether doctor is available and whether I have to take any appointment, the same reply that I can come after 6 pm and no need to take any appointment. But finally when I reached the shop the same guy who responded on the call said that I need to take an appointment due to which my diabetic mother have to wait for 3 hours. So Mr Gogoi sir, because of this your image is becoming bad.

Worst experience and very bad attitude of the guy from KHAN OPTICIANS. Not acceptable.

Poor doctor, due to negligence in the operation, he spoiled my father's eyes .The first thing that was seen after the operation was not visible anymore.
