Don’t take the stairs, they are confusing! Use the lift.
Fees is nominal. ₹400 for the 1st visit! ₹300 for follow-up registrations!
Ambience is nice and the entire facility is one of the cleanest in Northeast.
The Initial tests are being carried out by people who don’t look like doctors or even nurses! Might be their attire telling me otherwise!
To know the facilities, one has to go through the website, as the reception guys are total unprofessional with call handling and information sharing! No empathy, no care for the patients making the calls, unprofessional tone and choice of words from the reception desk are a few of the things you can expect while calling. If you use Assamese, you are given less importance, and that hurts!!
Pharmacy is clean and the level of availability of medicines is OK. Quite a range of frames are available too!

I had done my all eye related tests in the hospital itself with full care of the staff....
I am going to have Q-lasik surgery soon....
I have to visit 3 time for a single glass which cost around 6000/-
Dr rizwan provide me wrong glass reading. Its my last visit. And guys be caution while visiting there. They were taking pateint like a joke. I have to take my old age mom 3 times for glass reading measurements every time they measure they did wrong reading. fade up unacceptable treatment and services.

Please avoid ASG eye care as there are much more better doctors and eye care facilities in Guwahati.
No empathy, no care for the patients making the calls beforehand a day prior.
As per reception registration desk personnel booking your slot doesn’t guarantee anything in advance. It’s only to know if the doctor is available or not ???

Extremely Poor patient convenience. There's no provision for online appointment, nor telephonic appointment. You have to come in person, make que and wait endlessly. Even Your serial number will not be displayed in screen as which number is being treated and where does your number fall. One small cafeteria is there serving coffee and some quick bites. Sugar patients may fall due to hypoglycemia as neither can they leave for lunch nor they can sit waiting for their turn , courtesy the inability to see his serial number and how long he can spare to have some lunch outside . It's pathetic in today's Digital world that no online or telephonic appointment is available.
In today's world where time is more precious than money, you never know how long you have to wait here as an attendant.
